FinLit Nepal conducted a “Financial Literacy for Women” workshop in the southeast region of Nepal – Janakpur, Lahan, and Bardibas in partnership with GLOCAL (an organization) Embassy of Lithuania and Nabil Bank. The workshop focused on how women can help themselves to build wealth through financial literacy.
The main objective of conducting the workshop is to help women understand the concepts of money management and start building habits of savings, and investment, identifying needs and wants, and prioritizing expenses. Financial Literacy for women plays a pivotal role in their financial freedom and independence.
